We clean hard surface with contained high-pressure rinse at temperature, then seal or color-seal so it stays bright instead of drinking in the next mop bucket.

How we run the job

1. 01

   Test and protect

   Stone gets tested first — marble and slate need different chemistry than porcelain.

2. 02

   Dwell and agitate

   Alkaline cleaner sits in the grout line and gets brushed before the rinse tool comes out.

3. 03

   Contained rinse

   Pressure and heat inside a spinner head, so the mess goes down the hose instead of up your wall.

4. 04

   Seal it

   Penetrating sealer or a color seal that resets the grout to a uniform, bright line.
