How we run the job

Diagnose the cause
Ripples usually mean the original install skipped power stretching. We fix the cause, not just the symptom.

Detach and stretch
Carpet comes off the strip, gets pulled tight in both directions and re-tacked flat.

Patch and seam
Donor piece cut to pile direction, heat tape underneath, seam combed until it disappears.

Clean the repair in
We clean the repaired area so the patch reads the same as the floor around it.
