Carpet cleaning that pulls the soil out, not just the color

Ninety percent of what's in a carpet is dry soil sitting at the base of the pile, grinding the fiber down every time somebody walks on it. Rented machines wet the top and leave the rest. Our truck-mount heats water past what any portable can hold and pulls it back out in the same stroke.

James pre-inspects every room, tests fiber and dye, hand-treats spots before the wand ever touches them, then finishes with a fan groom so the pile stands back up and dries fast.

How we run the job

1. 01

   Walk the rooms

   We look at every spot with you and tell you honestly which ones will come out fully and which will improve but not vanish.

2. 02

   Dry soil removal

   Pre-vacuum first. Skipping this step is the single most common reason a cheap clean looks dull a week later.

3. 03

   Pre-spray and dwell

   Solution matched to the fiber, given real dwell time, agitated into the pile with a groomer or the orbital.

4. 04

   Extract and groom

   Overlapping wet-then-dry strokes, then the fan groom. Two to six hours to dry in most homes.
