What this actually is

A hardwood floor that looks tired is usually a finish problem, not a wood problem. Sanding the whole floor removes wood you can never get back and fills the house with dust for a week.

We deep clean, screen the existing finish and recoat with polyurethane. You get depth and sheen back in a day, and the boards keep their thickness for the next owner.

How we run the job

Assess the finish
We check for wax, water damage and finish wear. Not every floor is a recoat candidate and we say so.

Deep clean
Grime lifts off the finish, not into the grain. Rinse and dry before anything else happens.

Screen
Light abrasion so the new coat bonds. Contained, low-dust — no drum sander.
04
Recoat and cure
One or two coats of poly, then a cure window we walk you through before we leave.
