Should I vacuum before you come?
You don't have to — we pre-vacuum anyway. Picking up toys, cords and anything breakable off the floor helps more than vacuuming does.

The longer answers
Can I stay home while you work?
Most people do. It's loud for a few minutes per room and the hose runs through one door. If you'd rather be out, we'll text you when we lock up.
What if I have one bad spot and nothing else?
Call anyway. Sometimes it's a fifteen-minute stop and James will tell you what it'll cost before he drives out.
We quote it before we touch it
A firm written number in your hand first. No upsell on the truck, no 'while we're here' surprises.
We tell you when not to hire us
If a floor genuinely can't be saved, James says so and points you to the cheaper answer. It costs us jobs and earns us neighbors.
We move the furniture back
Beds, sofas, dining sets — back on protective tabs, exactly where they started, before we leave.
If it re-appears, we come back
Some spots wick back up as the fiber dries. One call and we return to re-treat it. No second invoice.
